Function information

The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. He/She should also be able to lead and motivate the team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Heading a team of 7 FTE (3 externals and 3 internals) – 1 open position

- People management

- Coordinate principal responsibilities of the team: telephony & mailboxes

- Bridge builder between different departments (mostly customer service & admin)

- Make sure operationality of the team is always assured

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

- Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Requirements

- Experienced people manager

- Hands-on mentality

- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Powerpoint & Excel

- Good verbal and written skills in French, Dutch & English
