My client is looking for a Finance Manager. Are you

You will join a Belgian family office specialized
in private equity and real estate.
You preferably have a bachelor or a master’s degree
in finance and have at least 5 years of
experience in an accounting firm or in a (real-estate) company as an accountant.
You will have the opportunity to work in a family-owned company.

In this role, you will
support the Luxembourg real estate department and will closely work together
with the CFO based in Gent. You will manage all financial
administration, from invoice tracking to cash flow monitoring and account
management.
You will also handle the real
estate SPV’s (special purpose vehicles). This will involve the setting up, the
bookkeeping, the annual accounts, the VAT and tax declarations, as well as the
necessary legal formalities.
Your meticulous side will
be put to good use when managing financial support to the due diligence
procedure and the general administration.
Another part of this role is the property management. You will manage the rent collection and all related administration for the property’s in our Luxembourg portfolio.
