Function information

  • Support Belgian based companies with the definition of their recruitment needs
  • Manage the full sourcing process from drafting the job advert, designing a recruitment process, assessing the right sourcing places, and managing the applications
  • Manage full interview meetings with potential candidates to assess their competence and expectations to make sure you are suggesting them the opportunity to meet their goals and values
  • Support the employer and potential employee through the full recruitment process
  • Develop your market knowledge and portfolio through commercial development, should it be attending events or suggesting your expertise to Belgian-based companies active in your sector of specialisation


  • Successful experience in recruitment or interest in working in this sector
  • Fluent in Dutch and English + any other language would be a strong asset
  • A believer in an authentic and personalised approach to clients and candidates
  • Team player, passionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are quality and solution driven
  • Strong commercial background and good negotiating skills
  • You are persuasive and determined to create a long-term cooperation with your (international) clients, candidates and colleagues
  • Previous experience in project management, business development and/or account management
