As Finance Transformation Lead CapEx and OpEx at Danone, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging organization. You will be part of the Zoetermeer Finance and Transformation team whose end goal is to bring to live ambitious plan of modernization of one of the biggest factories in Danone. About the role

You will be the finance lead for Capital Expenditure & Transformation investments including project opex monitoring, cash out management, delivering accurate rolling forecast and support financial business cases to help create short and long term value for Supply point Zoetermeer. In addition, you will strengthen the focus on factory controlling, performance measurement, and activity-based costing. Besides, This Nutricia factory is the first factory of Specialized Nutrition with more than 125 years of history and one of Danone's largest supporting around 1 billion Euro of Net sales a year.

• Contribute to the 2022-2025 strategic & transformation plan supporting & building the Capital Investment plan.
• Challenge and build financial business cases for medium large CapEx investments including pay-back analysis and output KPIs.
• Deliver accurate Financial forecasting during Rolling Forecasts in close collaboration with Transformation team and project leaders.
• Co-Lead with Transformation Director the Monthly Capex review meetings.
• Educate teams to ensure financial input is updated timely and correct in project CapEx monitoring tracker file.
• Business partnering with project leaders in daily tracking of the project steps, ROI, approval status and cash out status.
• Animating of CAP Tool; including Creation of CAR in the electronic approval system, continuously help improve CAR content and following up the approval flow.
• Making Risk & Opportunities analysis for project implementation and help identify of mitigation plan in case needed.
• Monitor the Transformation (Master Plan) project opex.

Most important criteria

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field;
• At least 3 years working experience, preferably within Asset Management, Plant Controlling or a CapEx related position;
• Strong communication and analysis skills are required to manage financial forecasting and complexity;
• You are an open-minded, reliable, proactive and team-oriented person;
• You are someone who can influence and drive the business agenda and work as a strong business partner;
• Excel, SAP, Data Management and BI tools expertise are key for this position.
