Danone is a worldwide FMCG player active in essential dairy and plant based products, and specialized nutrition like baby food and medical nutrition. They’re currently going through an exciting transformation, which will mean a lot of centralized decision making for the Dutch market directly here from the Netherlands.

About the function
As a e-commerce analytics specialist, with a direct team of four specialists in the e-Commerce and business development team, you will optimize the digital sales across multiple channels to drive conversion rates, engagement and loyalty. You’ll translate insights from various sources into action plans & recommendations across e-commerce retailers and/or platforms (omnichannel, pure players, D2C and more).
Moreover, you will be a spider in the web and will be collaborating with several departments and enable all e-commerce stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and as part of quarterly/annual planning to drive sustainable growth faster and make better data-driven decisions. You will compile and transform multiple sources of data to identify growth opportunities for eCommerce and help eCommerce teams pilot the business more effectively.
This is a newly transformed position, so our client is looking for someone with experience, seniority and expertise to also shape the role and initiatives to drive. And have the right mix of strategic/tactical way of thinking and approach. Someone who has similar experience, but now wants to “decide and drive” him/herself upon the digital marketing engagement initiatives of the organization.
