The Customer Experience Transformation Services team simplifies customer experience and drives business value from strategy to execution based on the customer journey. Their outcome-focused approach allows them to gain valuable insight into customer behavior, the market, our competition and the ecosystem as well as the internal structure of products, people, processes and operations.
About the function
As a CRM consultant you are going to work closely with the business and technology partners to analyze the CRM requirements and optimize or simplify related business processes. You use your technical/functional CRM (Salesforce) knowledge and the ability to translate insights into effective advisory services for the commercial functions of your client.
Reason for the vacancy
Because of growth of this marketing, sales & services practice they are now looking for this CRM Engagement Manager, but also for serveral other business consultants. This consultancy client is currently ready for a big growth phase here in Europe. The momentum is actually at their side now.
