The Customer Experience Transformation Services team simplifies customer experience and drives business value from strategy to execution based on the customer journey. Their outcome-focused approach allows them to gain valuable insight into customer behavior, the market, our competition and the ecosystem as well as the internal structure of products, people, processes and operations.

About the function

As a CRM consultant you are going to work closely with the business and technology partners to analyze the CRM requirements and optimize or simplify related business processes. You use your technical/functional CRM (Salesforce) knowledge and the ability to translate insights into effective advisory services for the commercial functions of your client.

  • The role is measured on support and contribution to revenue generation, margin and customer satisfaction across one or more accounts.
  • The position report into a CSI Director/Partner dedicated to Sales and Service Transformation and Execution.
  • The individual is pivotal in terms of supporting in defining, selling and delivering services that enable large corporations to transform the CRM strategy, Marketing, Sales & Customer Services, and Customer Insights dimensions of their business and operating models.
Main criteria

  • You have 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, and CRM consulting
  • You have a consulting background and can initiate and drive new business opportunities within the account.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to manage mid-size CX, CRM (Sales, Marketing and Service) transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes, operating models, Salesforce CRM platform and mobile solutions
  • Strong project and Program delivery experience
  • Have experience in and can drive Agile delivery projects incl (Dev/Ops and CI/CD delivery models)
  • Have a strong experience working with and managing multiple roles (Architects, Developers, solution consultants, testers, change managers, and key business stakeholders (e.g. marketing and sales directors)
  • Understands and drive business changes (as part of the project)
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, an additional language (especially German) is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel 75%.
