Hiring a successful Key Account Advisor, as the driving force to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients, is a priority for my international client!

You will enter a Retail & E-commerce environment with a strong focus on quality, long term commitment and a service minded approach. In this role you will be responsible for the business line‘Lifestyle & Living' in Belgium.

Function information

The role:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between your major key clients and your company;
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints;
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs;
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements;
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams;
  • Strategic planning to improve client results;
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance;
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling;
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training;
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines;
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management;
  • Expanding relationships and advising new clients.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account Management, Brand Management,...
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
  • You're fluent in Dutch & French
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
