Anti-discrimination policy
Adecco always works according to the strictest ethical standards, in line with its Values and Leadership Principles. As a company, Adecco condemns any form of discrimination on any grounds. Adecco does not have a discriminatory policy. The only selection criterion used by Adecco is the competence of the job seeker and temporary worker. In fact, in 2003, Adecco was the first organisation in the sector to sign the UN Global Compact.
Adecco has taken a number of extensive initiatives to combat discrimination and encourage diversity, e.g. our Resolute Anti-Discrimination Actions & Rules (RADAR) procedure. In doing so, Adecco goes a step further than the regulations in the Belgian temporary employment sector, which is among the strictest in our country and which Adecco fully endorses.
Adecco is committed to anti-discrimination and diversity. This is evident in the first place from the very diverse composition of Adecco Belgium's workforce (temporary workers, candidates and its own employees). In recent years, Adecco has been awarded for its own and supported initiatives towards society on diversity and acceptance of minorities. In the future, Adecco will continue and strengthen its commitment to diversity towards society.
