Reward Manager

Badenoch & Clark is working with a global financial services institution to source an experienced Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

As the successful candidate you will provide subject matter expertise and advice on pay and reward packages and will have a proven track record of developing and implementing pay and reward strategies.

You'll work with senior HR and business stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and that rewards are appropriately based on performance and contribution for senior roles.

You'll contribute to the delivery of the organisations reward agenda, and act as a champion for products across the full remit of reward pensions and benefits.
If you have previous remuneration experience within a regulatory and commercial environment, and the ability to make and confidently assert pragmatic decisions on reward matters then we would welcome your application.
