Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for a Resident Information Administrator on behalf of a well established housing client. This is a full time 6 months fixed term contract opportunity with an immediate start based in South West London.

This exciting opportunity will give the successful applicant the chance to work closely with the resident team providing comprehensive administrative support.

Your duties will include:

*Processing monitoring and maintaining the teams financial transactions including data entry against budget breakdown.
*Assist in planning meetings including events.
*Coding invoices, raising cheques, raising and receipting POs and invoices, tracking payments and invoices.
*Forecast cost centres and budget headings.
*Liaise with Finance department to solve problems and queries.
*Co-ordinate the administration of resident expenses, incentives and grants including purchasing supplies and vouchers.
*Produce an Annual Expense Statement for each resident to an agreed SLA.
*Manage the team petty cash float.
*Assist with organising and attend one off events, including invitations, replies, catering, transport, production of packs and information.
*Assist in managing the mystery shopping programme.
*Organise and assist with mail merges, mail outs and other team communications.
*Attend meetings and take minutes.
*Attend occasional meetings and events outside of normal core hours for which Time off in lieu will be given.
*Deal with resident and staff queries.

The ideal candidate must ideally have:

Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience of processing financial transactions
Attention to detail
Confident user of MS Excel

Desirable system knowledge of XMpro and Ipos would be an advantage.
