Our Public Sector client based in London is looking to engage a Project Support Officer on an initial 2 month contract with likely extensions.

The role will be to support a large programme of work to develop a new public register including associated applications and data migration.

The main responsibilities of the role are:-

To work with the Head of Information, Register Information Manager and Programme Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects:
** Undertaking regular administrative tasks as directed (including servicing meetings and assisting with the completion of project documentation);
** Assisting in the review of technical documentation requiring attention to detail and careful documentation of progress.
** Undertaking ad-hoc administrative project and programme tasks as required
To support all aspects of the project, to include data migration and system launch.
To assist Register and Information team colleagues with administrative tasks.

To be considered for the role you will have previous project support experience ideally within the public sector, have good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer) and previously worked with confidential data.
