Project Director - Residential Development
Up to £90,000 dependant on experience

We are currently working in partnership with one of London's leading Housing Associations who are looking to appoint a Project Director to work on a number of large scale, central London based residential developments.

As Project Director you will have the opportunity to take the lead on high profile development portfolios. Working for a market leader in this space, you will be part of a team of Project Directors, responsible for the delivery of key Joint Ventures. You will manage JVs through planning, procurement and construction, delivering these complex schemes through contractual agreements. You will pick up additional projects as they are secured, through a very active business pipeline.

In this role, you will also be:
*Delivering development management service and reporting progress, risk and financial performance to all Joint Venture Board meetings
*Leading on all aspects of this project, including management of the build contract and ensuring appropriate provision of strategies are in place for a successful handover
*Providing strategic oversight for procurement and recommending and delivering appropriate procurement strategies for schemes considering risk and best value
*Preparing and managing capital budgets, revenue forecasts, cash flow forecasts, development programmes and other management tools

We are looking to appoint a Project Director with the following skills:
*Experience and commercial awareness of running large, multi phased mixed use development projects with multiple stakeholders
*Experience in the management of the delivery of complex mixed use development with complex legal structures from land acquisition to completion and handover
*Experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams of external consultants and contractors
*Experience in presenting to internal and external committees and preparing high quality written information for a range of stakeholders
