US headquartered, fortune 500, TMT business within the IT hardware logistics and distribution sector is looking for a Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team.

This Commercial Paralegal role is within a medium-sized in-house Legal team and is an excellent opportunity for growth and development in an environment where you will gain excellent quality legal work and unparalleled access to business stakeholders. The exposure to Paralegal work will include; General Commercial, Corporate, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate.

This Paralegal position will also enable you to get involved in a lot of international legal work, in addition to working very closely with the business' US legal team, and will involve a yearly trip to the business' headquarters in the USA. The company is also SRA approved - and are willing to offer a training contract to the right candidate.

It's a fantastic legal team to join, they work very closely together and will be highly supportive with your development.

If you are interested in applying for this Commercial Paralegal role with the potential for a Training Contract, it is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months Commercial Paralegal experience, and have exceptional academics (LLB or GDL, LPC is preferred, but not essential).

Any of the following language skills would also be highly beneficial: French, German, Italian or Spanish.
