An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Mental Health Support Worker to join one of our leading Housing Association clients in Dorking, Surrey.

The role will commence in early October 2018, and is due to finish towards the end of March 2019. It will be a full-time position, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate must possess excellent knowledge and experience of working with Mental Health clients and possess a clean DBS obtained within the past 12 months. You will be required to provide support for adults aged between 18-65. Our client's aim is to support their customers to gain the skills of their choice to enable and empower a fulfilled life and a greater independence.

In this role you will help change lives for the better by assisting in delivering identified tasks based upon customer's individual needs and aspirations, as identified within their personal support plans. You will liaise with external agencies and work closely with the internal Senior Support Workers too in assessing and engaging support for the customers. Together you will really make a difference, empowering customers to develop the independent living skills they need to successfully move on with a positive future.
