Our professional services client are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support with maximising the impact of the firm's key marketing campaigns priority accounts.

This role also delivers marketing to support the Midlands Place Based Strategy.

The role:

Identify and drive Executive Programme key campaigns and be part of these campaign development teams to ensure maximum commercial impact and buy-in.
Support and work closely with the Executive Programme leadership team in Programme internal and external activities and communications, and manage content for the Executive Programme Salesforce Hub.
Be the firm's Go-to-marketing lead for Executive Accounts.
Lead Executive Client Programme and Midlands marketing planning.
Deliver Midlands marketing activation working with the Midlands Marketing team.
Work closely with the Executive Programme leadership team and support team to ensure Programme success and maximum value.

The candidate:

A proven track record in marketing strategy development.
A proven track record in the development and activation of multi-channel marketing programmes.
An ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and build relationships at senior management, peer and team level.
Provides advice on the most appropriate approach, content and channel mix to deliver communications, with a particular focus on social media. Proactively seeking new channels to market and innovates to engage with our clients in different ways.
Monitors short and long-term ROI measures and takes responsibility for delivery and evaluation of ROI on these programmes and developing future recommendations.
Manages any risks and independence issues associated with high profile external campaigns and external sponsors.
Works effectively with other parts of the marketing, communications and sales function.
A creative and innovative approach.
A proactive and positive 'can-do' approach.
Be a self-starter acting on own initiative.
A sound business understanding as well as being commercially and risk aware.
Strong budget management experience.

Key skills required:

An expert understanding of sales and marketing programmes and channel management, experience of account based marketing would be an advantage.
A strong knowledge of new and traditional marketing channels; experience of marketing automation and CRM tools would be an advantage including use of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Commercially strong, offering insight into how to create lead generating B2B campaigns.
CIM qualified.
Appreciation of marketing communications and PR.
Line Management experience.
Professional services sector experience.
Ability to integrate into a nationally dispersed team.
