Badenoch and Clark's client based in Ormskirk (Liverpool / Lancashire border)is currently recruiting for a new IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy team. They require someone to provide first line support for an initial two months contract, to start ASAP! The rate on offer is in the region of £11 - £12 per hour and the successful candidate can start immediately, so would be perfect for a 1st Line IT Technician who is available immediately and looking to get back into work as soon as possible.

The role will involve offering first line IT support and IT admin to users. The successful candidate will be dealing with initial calls after which issues should be investigated, diagnosed and resolved on first contact. When this is not possible it should be passed onto other teams and/or 3rd parties. The service desk support engineer will need to have experience of supporting local and remote IT users from a service desk and a working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Active Directory (AD), Office 2010, desktop remote control software and service desk incident management software.
