Do you want to work for a leading travel & infrastructure organisation? Following continual growth, they've created a new HR Advisor role within their People team.

You'll need to be a strong, hands-on generalist with responsibilities including:

Support HR & People change projects.
Implementation of HR process and programmes.
Working with managers and business leaders on ER, Disciplinaries and Case Work.
Improving HR & People processes
Working on employee engagement, culture & wellbeing.

To be suitable you'll need to be a true people person, capable of quickly building rapport and relationships with business managers, senior leaders and employees alike. You'll have a strong commercial mindset and be results orientated.

Ideally you'll have previous generalist or advisory experience in an international / EMEA / Global business with complex matrix experience.

A CIPD qualification is beneficial, but wouldn't be essential
