HR Advisor
Up to £30k per annum + Benefits

Badenoch & Clark are looking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing business based in Birmingham. This is a progressive role with a key focus on employee relations within a fast paced setting.

The role:

*Providing operational HR advice and support to all employees.
*Dealing with grievances and sickness / absence reviews.
*Handling absence management queries.
*Providing face to face and over the phone HR advice for various HR queries ranging from disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management.
*Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups) to manipulate data and generate reports for senior management team.
*Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance.

What we are looking for?

*Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.
*Must have excellent MS Excel skills .
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
*Previous experience working within a fast paced distribution or contact centre environment would be an advantage.
*Experienced in dealing with ER cases.
