HR Advisor / HR Generalist

Do you have experience working in a full generalist/advisory capacity? Have you had previous line management responsibilities? I'm working with a fast-developing growing commercial healthcare organisation in the heart of Gatwick to recruit a new HR Advisor into the team.

Working closely alongside the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a full generalist HR service to the business. You'll be involved in a range of HR & People projects including the implementation of a new people system, development of HR processes and policies alongside on-going & continuous development of the HR Function.

You will also have line management responsibility for the small HR Administration team, managing the HR inbox and allocating workflows.

To be suitable, you'll need to be commercially minded, risk aware with experience of working closely within the business. Proven experience of managing HR projects is sought alongside previous line management responsibilities (Direct or dotted line)
