A superb opportunity has emerged for a specialist fixed term tenancy management officer officer to join one of our leading housing association clients in their expanding Lettings team.

This is a temporary role lasting initially for 4 months, and is a full time role (35 hours, Monday to Friday). You will be based in Sidcup or Stratford with a requirement to travel around various London boroughs by car.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

* Manage a caseload of fixed term tenancies and contribute to the delivery of renewing residents from their existing tenancy to a lifetime assured one.
* Be responsible for a patch of properties and carry out home visits.
* Ensure team objectives are achieved and individually contribute to business performance to ensure targets are met
* Develop and influence relationships with key stakeholders and partners, promoting and representing the organisation well at all times.
* Carry out joint inspections of properties prior to termination, transfer, and mutual exchange.
* Enforce tenancy conditions and to liaise with the anti-social behaviour caseworker, police and other agencies to ensure a co-ordinated response to anti-social behaviour.
* Demonstrate the ability to work quickly, accurately and proactively to allocate and let homes.
