Badenoch and Clark and working with a leading Social Housing provider in Lancashire to recruit a Finance Manager to lead a newly created Financial Planning and Treasury team.

This role is responsible for completing and maintaining the Groups 30 year financial plans, responsible for preparation of annual rent setting calculations and will also co-ordinate all RSH returns (FFR, FVA, SDR and QFS) to ensure submissions are accurate and timely. This role will also manage development reporting and development finance, with links to asset management work. The role will include management of one officer. This role will deputise for the Head of Treasury and Planning where appropriate.

Duties include:
Long Term Financial Planning
Development reporting
Project Appraisal
Overseeing taxation for the company
Rent Setting
Regulatory returns

The ideal candidate would:
Be fully qualified with a recognised accountancy qualification
Have experience working in a treasury/business planning team
Have knowledge of the Housing sector
