**Temporary Empty Homes and Information Officer**
West Midlands
£18 - £20 per hour
37 hours per week
3 month contract

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for one of Badenoch and Clark's notable clients in the social housing sector. They are in the market for an Empty Home & Information Officer to join their warm welcoming team on a temporary basis (3 months) with the possibility of getting extended or becoming permanent.

The role will involve supporting the Asset Manager to ensure that the housing association delivers newly improved homes, across all tenures, in accordance with agreed timescales, standards and within budget.

You will be responsible for:
-Managing the delivery if the installation of aids and adaptations, ensuring records are updated and monitored
-Undertaking property surveys and other ad hoc surveys that ensure up to date relevant asset information
-Pre and post inspections

You will need experience in:
-Social housing, construction or property sector.
-Management of void properties.
-Undertaking stock condition surveys, analysing data and preparing reports on findings.
