Badenoch & Clark's client in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Data Officer / Data Quality Analyst to support the data quality aspects of a new core system implementation. The initial contract will be for four months and rates are negotiable, but will ideally be around £15-£20 per hour, with the contract starting as soon as possible.

Our client is entering a crucial stage of a new CRM system implementation which is due to go live before the end of March 2019. A significant part of this project will involve the migration of system data and records from legacy systems into the new system being implemented. It is anticipated that this may cause a lot of missing data and duplicate records to be identified, so our client is keen to recruit a Data Officer who can support the organisation in a range of data cleansing requirements as part of this project.

The main tasks will be:

*Reviewing of data quality reports, liaising with management and services on data quality issues and recommending amendments

*Working with Data Warehouse Leads to help develop reporting requirements and improvements within identified within the new system by missing data and report quality.

*Provide users with awareness and basic training on data quality issues that they can improve during their day-to-day work.

In order to be considered, candidates must have an analytical skill set and an eye for detail and ideally have a strong knowledge / experience within the identification and remedy of data quality issues, such as duplicate records and missing key data and information. This role will involve the need to travel across a number of sites, often at relatively short notice, so applicants must be able to drive and have their own transport.
