Badenoch and Clark are working alongside manufacturing giant Kimberley-Clark to recruit for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team at their Barrow-in-Furness site.

The Barrow facility has a culture of continuous improvement, has adopted lean methodology and produces Andrex, Kleenex and KC Professional brands.

This role will involve leading and co-ordinate the production planning, finance, logistics and Information Technology within the Mill.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to further their experience and join the Mill's Management Team in shaping the future of our business in KC Europe's largest Tissue Mill.

Job Description:

This position requires an individual to lead and co-ordinate critical operations support functions (Finance, Planning, Analysis and Inventory Administration) to achieve agreed performance targets on safety, quality, production, cost, housekeeping, asset management and human resource objectives.

The candidate should demonstrate Customer Focus, Leadership, Innovation and good knowledge of Finance and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

*Expanding and developing the existing safety standards, ensuring compliance with Kimberly-Clark and country regulations.
*Oversee the standards that fully support the manufacturing, distribution and inventory control.
*Oversee the Financial and Planning function, ensuring compliance to KC Internal control standards and Code of Conduct.
*Develop the Support team to a high competency to deliver key performance indicators and personal objectives.
*Actively lead in obtaining the lowest cost sourcing solutions for equipment and materials.
*Oversee the logistics and information technology within the mill.

The ideal candidate must:
*Have the minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
*Be fully qualified or nearing completion of a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA candidates extremely desirable)
*Strong ability influence and drive actions at all levels in the organisation.
*Experience in building, motivating and developing a team.
