Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for a Care Manager on behalf a reputable Charity committed to providing care & support to clients with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. Our client is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of support workers providing tailored support to their client, seeking to enable individuals to flourish and lead a enriched life.

Principle duties include:
*Actively lead the team, managing rotas and identifying training needs and development opportunities
*Ensure that the staff team maintain safe and healthy in line with their Person Centred Plan and Health Action Plan
*Manage overall key work with the team, developing their support plans as required
*Promote best practice across team and the organisation through participation in external and internal organisational projects and forums
*Ensure performance standards are evidenced and quality is upheld in everything that the teams' do in complying with relevant CQC, contractual and organisational standards, outcomes and procedures
The ideal candidate will hold previous experience leading a team within a complex needs setting and will be comfortable to adopt a flexible approach to working hours.
