A new, challenging opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager for the IAF Business Unit of our client. This position can be based in both Leuven as well as Almere. The IAF products protect the environment and improve people’s lives by reducing pollution indoor and emissions to the outdoor. Specifically, this technology cuts the emissions of dust, oil mist and fumes across a wide range of applications. End-users of these products are within the whole of the industrial market which are accessed through, multinationals, key end-users and approved resellers.

Function information

You will be responsible to organize, plan and manage the Equipment sales aspect (including the different routes to the market) of all assigned accounts & territories, consistent with the company policies and long-term objectives.

You will propose, plan and promote sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territories.

Your goal us to optimize sales & profits consistent with the company policies and long-term objectives.

You will coach, train and motivate a team of 5 Area Sales Engineers.

Together with your peers (7 experienced sales managers for the entire EMEA region) you will be responsible for growth of IAF business and take opportunities – not just through words, but through actions – and make them your own.


You hold an Engineering or Commercial degree or equivalent through experience.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position.

You are a true sales coach and have strong leadership skills.

You are an excellent relationship builder; you can influence without authority. (building bridges between the strategy and your team.)

You take ownership and drive your team to the next level.

You have strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of industrial Equipment is a must.

Knowledge of air filtration is a nice asset.

You are sales oriented and networking is your middle name

You have a strong understanding of customer needs and market requirements.

You have a good understanding of design principles and manufacturing techniques.

You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch, English. French is a nice to have.

PC literate with most common programs. (CRM & Microsoft)
