• Managing the HR team in the Netherlands
• Drive continuous performance initiatives / projects regarding processes, technologies and organization.
• Responsible for building a strong collaborative and performance-oriented culture whilst earning trust from the team and all key stakeholders in- and outside of the Netherlands

• We are looking for a bachelor degree as a minimum requirement in for example, studies like human resources or business management.
• Experience serving as a business partner to the Board and senior leadership team with regards to shaping, developing and driving current project and changes in the business
• English fluent in speaking, reading and writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations on sophisticated business issues is required

The role of Interim HR Director Netherlands Adecco Group is for 3-4 months.
