There are 90 colleagues (55 consultants) divided into embedded teams France, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and China.

About the function

Your purpose as a Sales and Training Consultant is to bring out the best in clients and participants. You engage with prospects and clients to help them with their business challenges by designing, selling and delivering Krauthammer programs. You are personally committed to improve performance of organizations and teams, and to help personal development of your participants. Don’t worry if you don’t have any training experience yet, Krauthammer has its own Trainings University. So in the first 3 years you will have a lot of training days yourself to become a real Krauthammer Trainer.

You will perform in three result areas: sales, delivery and contribution. The goals in these areas are defined with you, your team and under leadership of the Commercial Director. You are working strength based on Sales results in time investment of 70% Sales, 20% Delivery, and 10% Contribution.

Sales

  • Achieve sales results to contribute to Team’s sales target according to our client’s strategy in the core market of clients with 500-5000 employees.
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities and leads, set up the best team to achieve sales results.
  • Actively develop professional network and build client portfolio.
  • Account management to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Account management to initiate up & cross-selling of new projects and programs.
  • Design customized programs.

Delivery

  • Achieve delivery results to contribute to Team’s delivery target.
  • Deliver all modules of the product portfolio.
  • Deliver customized programs including pilot groups and workshops.
  • Target audience of middle and senior management, in the country’s native language(s) and English.
  • In context training on behavior, potentially co-delivering with another consultant.

Contribution

  • Contribute to development of Krauthammer product portfolio.
  • Recognize trends and opportunities to develop new modules in Krauthammer product portfolio.
  • Team up with partners to innovate our business.
  • Involve new technology in our offer and product portfolio.
Main criteria
  • 5-10 year experience in commercial roles, in consulting or in training industry. So this can also be a consulting exit opportunity.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • High interest in personal development, learning and behavior change.
  • Strong track record in sales, account management and project-management.
  • Strong business acumen as combination of analytical skills, quickness in understanding, challenging a business situation towards a favorable outcome.
  • Ability to convince mid-level and senior business leaders, up to C-level executives.
  • Stress resistant, ability to manage sales, accounts, and projects simultaneously.
  • International experience and openness.
  • Active and well-maintained professional network.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, given the international structure of the company and your client base.

Due to a strongly increasing order portfolio and the opportunities that exist in the current market, Krauthammer is looking for a sales and training consultant.
