Our client is a multinational leading consulting firm. Their customer engagement team is an international team, consists of approximately 25 consultants and has a strong interaction with other customer engagement teams in Central Europe. About the function

How can companies maintain a strong connection with their clients, in a faster and more digital world? How does a company ensure customer loyalty, when disruptive tech companies can change the marketplace in the coming years? How do you work client-centric and how do you adapt your product or service accordingly? These are the type of questions the customer engagement team finds answers to.

As a managing consultant, you could inspire organizations as how they can optimize the customer experience with help of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and voice assistants. Together with a team, you might analyze and benchmark marketing strategies and CRM platforms, or build innovative business models and service concepts.

As a Managing Consultant Customer Engagement, you leverage your digital consulting expertise to shape and deliver digital transformation programs, develop relationships with senior members of Tier 1 and 2 organizations, lead and manage part of the customer engagements capability team, utilize a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships and your own network to open and use your own deep expertise of CPR, manufacturing and or financial services, drive differentiation and thought leadership in one or more areas, contributing to the development / evolution of propositions and point of views.

Main criteria
  • A Masters’ degree in Business Innovation Management, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, International Business, or a Master with a technical/design focus.
  • A consulting background, having built solid foundations in consulting skills and having already delivered larger digital projects and transformation programs.
  • At least 6 years working experience as a consultant or from the industry
  • Fully flexible in terms of assignment location, international experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience of opening, leading and closing large digital transformation deals.
  • Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels of a client’s company.
  • Demonstrates the potential to be a leader in our business and able to work fully collaboratively across international teams.
