Our client is growing fast by offering cutting edge innovative technology solutions to its clients all over the globe. Starting on 1st of April they have a need for an interim international payroll manager. The positios is for 6 months, fulltime and is completely remote.

The assignment

In this positions you are responsible for managing a team of payroll specialists that payroll more than 40 entities in the EMEA APJ region.

  • Managing a team of payroll specialists
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll process for all international entities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely payroll process is in place
Main criteria
  • International experience as a payroll manager managing multiple entities around the globe
  • Managed teams of payroll specialists
  • Personality of the candidate is important. The candidate needs to have a natural ascendancy within the team. Working together with the team and preventing issues rather than only being capable of solving them. You have to manage different stakeholders in the EMEA APJ region. Excellent communication and negotiating skills are essential.
  • English is rquired.
