Are you able to manage this Dev Ops team of 35 FTE to new horizons? International insurance company in Amsterdam offers an interesting position for a freelance professional with a huge passion for DevOps. The assigment is for at least 6 months.

Our client is making structural changes in their organisation. Businesses need to be aligned and centralized to create a better overview. Doublures issues in the demands system need to be solved and the team needs to get the right leadership to prioritize the workload. Next to this it would be good to also have an understanding of upgrading current applications and be able to manage go-live projects.

• You will be responsible to Manage the DevOps teams of 30+ FTE.
• Manage incoming demands and delivery pipeline to maximize the efficiency.
• Monitor helpdesk tickets to ensure efficiency and responsibility.
• Build on best practices to increase the quality and velocity of deployments.
• Interacts with peers to fit objectives and roadmap. Transfers knowledge and collaborates across functional lines and/or across departments.
• Interacts with customers / vendors to improve processes and programs.

• You have at least 5-10 years of (related) experience in Dev Ops positions.
• Strong experience in operations management specifically managing and meeting SLA requirements.
• Engage team mates on all levels and departments of the business.
• Experience and passion for automating, continuous integration and software delivery.
• Experience with service now, JIRA and confluence tools.

For this fulltime position our client needs an interim for at least 6 months.
