These teams ensure continuous optimization and that commercial leaders are supported in solving challenging business problems. Think of topics such as value-based pricing, consumer and retail pricing, big deal pricing and negotiations, science in the field of commercial excellence and associated analytics, technology and innovation.
About the position
The Global Lead Pricing Strategy will partner with commercial leaders to champion and lead strategic pricing business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will devise and drive profitability strategies and strategic pricing initiatives across the various global enterprises. You will provide thought leadership and build consensus by influencing leaders to adapt to best practices and continuously improve our commercial strategic pricing capabilities.
You are a thought leader, you convince the business and you ensure that the commercial strategy and pricing capabilities are constantly improving. Unique momentum for a strategy manager or future director at a Tier-1 consultancy who is considering a consulting exit or someone with a similar profile who has already made an exit and aspires to a social interpretation of his/her career. ● Minimum of eight years of related work experience and a track record in external strategy consultancy
● You are experienced in topics such as Pricing Management, Revenue Management, Strategy, Commercial Management, or Trading and Business Development
● Master's degree in a related field
● Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across a broad range of organizational levels internally and externally
● Knowledge of costing models in a manufacturing environment.
● You are a teamplayer, problem solver, influencer and thought leader.
● Fluency of English is a must.
After an interview with Badenoch + Clark 2-3 interviews with our client will follow. A business case / assessment will be part of the procedure.
