Sales Director - do you want to work for a leading company within renewable energy?

Responsibilities

ECOHZ is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead its global sale of renewable energy solutions. As Sales Director you are responsible for leading the sales team of 5-7 people to reach its targets through offering renewable energy solutions to a client base of sustainability-oriented international businesses, as well as a select array of leading electricity suppliers. Structuring prospecting efforts towards F1000 companies, and the ability to manage lead generation through digital sale and marketing programs is key. You must be able to combine working strategic, with being hands-on, and managing your own client portfolio. You will partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training team members, setting targets, assessing, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Pipeline management and further professionalizing the sales function in a changing environment will be key factors in this role.  A digital skillset is expected. The position reports to Managing Director and you will be part of the management team. The location will be in Oslo

Qualifications

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets for you and your team
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, both written and oral
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
