Vev is a collaborative visual editor for creatives to build interactive websites. The tool is made for modern teams and provides unlimited creative options for web development. They have managed to attract customers such as Schibsted, Tv2, Bonnier, Unicef, Telenor, Netflix and the European Union. Recently, they also closed a larger investment round and are safely backed by investors. Now, they are scaling the company to reach new heights in their mission to bring creative power back to modern teams.

Vev is seeking Customer Success Managers to develop the customer journey, handle the onboarding, support, and training of our customers.

We are looking for people with drive, curiosity, and the ability to both learn and teach new skills. As a Customer Success Manager, you get to work with helping the worlds leading creative teams to implement and learn how to use Vev, a no-code design tool for sites and digital content.

You will lead our clients to success by providing excellent customer experiences, including onboarding processes and training. To succeed in this role, we also believe you love to learn about new digital tools and technology, and perhaps have a special interest for design-, CMS – or other visual design tools.

The Customer Success Managers will be part of our new Customer Experience team. As a CSM you will influence the customer journey and experience as a whole. This includes onboarding of new customers, develop new training material for different users, follow up our large accounts and help with support when needed. This is a role where we welcome creativity in terms of new ways to succeed with the onboarding of many users and large customers. The position is based in Oslo.

As a CSM you will:

  • Provide excellent on-boarding processes to our clients
  • Develop training material for Vev’s customers
  • Provide courses and workshops for our different accounts
  • Follow up our large accounts to ensure that they are happy
  • Contribute to the Customer Experience team and work together in identifying new customer needs, ensuring happy customers across our user base and providing the guidance needed for our customers to succeed in using Vev


  • You have a huge interest in digital tools and an ability to learn these fast
  • Ideally, you have an educational background within entrepreneurship, communication, design or technology
  • Possibly some experience from a similar role or working in a start-up
  • You are service-minded and positive - we are here to give our clients a great experience!




This position is very well suited for both people with experience with CSM and people who are just finishing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The most important thing is your interest in new technology and your ability to help customers with what they need. We will of course teach you everything you need to know.
