Signicat is a pioneering, pan-European digital identity company with an unrivalled track record in the world’s most advanced digital identity markets. Its digital identity platform incorporates the most extensive suite of identity verification and authentication systems in the world, all accessible through a single integration point. The platform supports the full identity journey, from recognition and on-boarding, through login and consent, to making business agreements which stand the test of time. Signicat was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Trondheim, Norway. Signicat was aquired by Nordic Capital in April 2019.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to set up and run our developer relations program and help make Signicat the preferred digital identity platform amongst developers. Based out of our Oslo office, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our programs designed to attract and engage developers across Europe.

Working closely with marketing, sales, product and engineering teams, you will coordinate activities to build a vibrant developer community.

What you’ll do

  • Build a community of technical users around Signicat’s products and foster communication between community members
  • Establish and reinforce best practices for developer relations
  • Drive the creation of a developer portal, including knowledge base articles and documentation to proactively address needs and document the developer relations process
  • Build relationships across the organization and its customers to ensure that the team is collaborating effectively and providing value to Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders
  • The rest is up to you – tell us how to be effective!

Ideally you have developer relations experience, but if you don’t, it’s ok. We need a well-spoken, technically savvy individual who is well organized and can “rally the troops”. It is important you know how communities work.

We’re looking for at least 3-5 years’ work experience in a related field, including pre-sales engineering, customer support, or ideally developer relations.
