Our client belongs to one of the main groups worldwide in the production of industrial chemicals specialties (synthetic chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and biochemistry). We are in charge to bring on board a Maintenance & Facilty Manager.
Reporting directly to the Italian Top Management, he will be responsible of Operative Maintenance of the Production Department and of all facilities management issues related to the entire plant and the canteen room. He will undertake the following activities, related both with preventive and corrective maintenance activities:
The ideal candidate must be able to lead or act as a positive change agent, plan, manage and deliver projects on time and in budget. He also has a strong ability to understand and resolve problems concerning maintenance, repair, installation, rearrangement, and construction. We are interested in applicants holding a Masters in Engineering / High School Technical Diploma, who gained almost 5 years of previous experience in the same role, preferably in textiles or chemical companies. A good SAP knowledge is nice to have, an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a good command in English are required.
