This is an interesting opportunity we are looking for a National Account Manager

The NAM, reporting directly to the International Sales Director, will be responsible for;

  • Negotiate contractual agreements with the central purchasing managed;
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, by negotiating and managing trade agreements 2nd level with managed clients;
  • Achieve sales targets and annual targets
  • Work closely with Administration, Marketing and Logistics in order to ensure the development and implementation of ad hoc actions on the customer;
  • Develop and implement the promotional plan of the customer; Identify ongoing business opportunities in order to increase the efficiency and profitability of our categories.
  • Management of a part of the indirect sales force.

Skills:

The candidate is a perfect a brilliant graduate in economics or related disciplines, who has completed at least 3 years as NAM with responsibilities of negotiation with the Italian central buying groups, with management responsibilities of important clients for complexity and sales, in the consumer world, preferably fresh (preferably dairy products).

Complete the profile good knowledge of English, as well as attitude to the numerical analysis, relationship skills and negotiation, results orientation, problem solving and enthusiasm.

The position is based in North Europe, we ask the availability to frequent trips across Europe and Italy.
