Our client is a worldwide company ($1bn turnover), B2B and B2C channel, +50 years of industry leadership, is present in over 80 countries worldwide.

They are looking for the Emea Marketing Manager/ Emea Marketing Lead  and his responsabilities will be:

Support countries (or EMEA-wide) on achieving marketing related SDP targets. Joint accountabilities and targets with Country teams:

  • increase digital lead generation;
  • implement value proposition based on Buyer Personas;
  • Reviewing and optimizing marketing spend: support the BUs looking for greater efficacy/efficiencies;

Drive Digital Strategy and exploit Digital Go-To-Market in EMEA:

  • Accountable and Responsible for EMEA action plan execution, applying the Client Marketing Playbook and using Buyer Personas to improve lead generation and digitization of the sales process in the business, across the four steps of the digital first customer journey:
  • Drive local adoption of Buyer personas in HH (B2C) and CDW (B2B) across the whole organizations (not only marketing)
  • Champion the implementation of the NPS program in EMEA, in collaboration with the global NPS champion (Global Consumer Insights Manager), focusing on full implementation on ITA, UK, DE, BE and NL

Further Develop EMEA Marketing Organization and capabilities

  • Grow local marketing capabilities:
  • Foster internal growth and promotion of talents, securing a proper succession plan at the different level the organization
  • Implement strict adoption of Agile/Scrum principles
  • Support local marketing leaders in designing and running a talent development program
  • Explore opportunities to centralize key scarce competencies and capabilities, focusing on Digital Center of Excellence for technical developments, UI design, PPC optimization, Marketing Automation capabilities
  • Create a Center of Excellence on Customer Marketing, Customer engagement and churn management (from a marketing perspective)
  • Partner with the Global Insights team on all activities that require:
  • Partner with NPD and Global Insights manager to develop an extended VoC plan for NPD

The ideal candidate has a strong experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing in a multinational company. We are looking for a candidate able to manage several BU, able to manage dotted line people, witth a strong experience in educational marketing, Emea vision, fluent english.
