For a big creative agency, we are looking for:


  •  Defining the data strategy and working alongside the team to create the reporting cadence for all strategic campaigns, projects and workstreams;
  • Lead for all digital reporting including all channels; report key metrics, analyse trends and provide actionable insights using data dashboards;
  • Reviewing results and outputs to identify the key data and insights that have been generated, connecting the dots across multiple campaigns, strategies and projects;
  • Ecommerce data insight lead – owning all reporting and data analysis for ecommerce platform to include:

    o    ROI analysis on the impact of different channels and how they interact to drive conversions

    o    Websites; analyse on-site behaviour, conversions data and customer journeys, funnel analysis to provide insights on our audience behaviour

    o    Campaign analysis to demonstrate ROI and share key learnings

    o    Audience profiling for marketing funnel opportunities

    o    BI lead for marketing – building marketing BI dashboards for all digital data across market

  •  Candidates must have at least 3+ years' experience in working within data strategy, analytics or digital data roles (for example experience in some or all of BI, CRM data, analytics, CRO data);
  • Working with global clients; stakeholder management at both global and local levels;
  • Data visualization / dashboard development experience;
  • Deep understanding of web analytics including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and path analysis;
  • Fluent in English;
