Opportunity

Our Client is a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm.

Scope of the role:

The Associate Asset Management will gradually take full responsibility among certain projects and will then deal with all the asset management activities related to specific properties managed by the firm in Italy, supporting the Asset Management Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize and monitor the performance of the asset under management;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the business model of the allocated assets following the Director’s guidelines;
  • Assist in sourcing of appropriate tenants for the assets under management, assist the Director of Asset Management in negotiations with prospective tenants, following the process during drafting the agreements;
  • Manage external third parties on rent negotiation, reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to maximize income;
  • Work with and support the internal team involved in the asset management, particularly on both the Project and Construction Team and Finance team within the company organization, following the correct procedures and guidelines;
  • Monitor the third-party providers involved in the assets’ management (such as property manager) with specific focus on tenant’s satisfaction;
  • Complete the asset sections of the allocated projects in reporting both internally and externally particularly in relation to the internal company’s Annual Plan and to the firm’s Template report;
  • Develop and maintain good contacts with key advisor, landlords and tenants;
  • Liaise, if required, with investors and the firm’s Senior Management;
Profile
  • Economical or technical (engineering/architecture) background
  • Requested professional experience in investment analysis
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to review and direct complex financial modelling
  • Good communication skills with a fluency in English
  • High level of autonomy, teamwork and proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks
