Introduction

Working closely with and reporting to the experienced practice leader, you will provide a best-in- class service for our clients and candidates. We are seeking a knowledgeable Recruitment Consultant, ideally who has experience and someone who is familiar with the Belgian market to help develop and build this niche division in Badenoch + Clark at national level.

About the function

You're going to help leading organisations to find top talent for their most important functions, from start-ups to multi-companies.

You’ll possess the ability to approach executive levels within companies and within the candidate network whilst having the flexibility and speed to be able to deliver the right interim manager within the agreed deadline. You will have the eagerness to learn more about the organisational chart of senior positions within companies. You’ll build and maintain a network of highly qualified senior freelance professionals on a national level within Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Marketing and General Management.

You'll work alone or in a team, consisting of high potential, experienced people, and managers. On a daily basis, we have new opportunities to work on, so you can quickly work on your own (but of course you won't be completely thrown into the deep end!). You will learn skills such as interview techniques, project management, handling, and networking with top business professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on your expertise and be part of a European B+C community.
