Legal & Corporate Manager

Client Description:

Our client is looking for a Legal & Corporate Manager to be in charge of a diversified portfolio of companies.

Responsibilities:

• Be in close contact with clients and potential clients to analyse and interpret documents, regulations, and procedures regarding the client's legal and fiscal issues (KYT/KYC)
• Draft legal/corporate documentation such as board minutes and agreements (SPA, IFL, …)
• Active participation in Board/Shareholder meetings 
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (accounting teams, law firms, regulators, etc.)
• Be an upholder of the firm's reputation as a quality provider of trust and corporate management services 
• Be involved in the firm's growth and marketing of services

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role 
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Great communication and ability to provide high-quality work 
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), with any other language being considered a strong asset
