Legal Assistant

Joining an international service provider in Luxembourg with more than 200 employees in Luxembourg, you will work in a challenging environment where you can grow internally.

You will work closely with a legal specialist team.

Responsibilities:

• Organising shareholder and board meetings
• Maintaining registers
• Managing signatures for several legal documents
• Assisting legal team and being in contact with notaries and international law firms

Candidate Profile:

• A first relevant experience in a similar position in Luxembourg (mandatory)
• Great organisation skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with a team
• Interesting in learning more about legal documentation
• Fluent in English and good level in German is mandatory
