Experienced Finance/Middle Officer

Responsibilities:

• Work independently on various activities such as being in charge of reconciliations activities, support with external audit requests etc
• Participating in projects in coordination with other team members and technical experts
• Support the Manager in improving processes to deliver the best quality of the information in a control minded environment
• Proactively analyse and propose areas of automation to improve processes

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Around 10 years of experience in Accounting/Audit in the Luxembourg market
• Fluent in English and French
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong MS Excel skills and a previous SAP experience would be considered an advantage 
• A good understanding of insurance business processes would be considered an advantage
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Self-driven individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Flexible, adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
