Compliance Officer - Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain excellent relations with regulatory authorities 
• Advise internal entities and executive management on the latest regulatory framework applicable.
• Build, monitor & improve current compliance processes
• Support European compliance matters 
• Identify the risk and impact of regulatory changes  
• Be the key stakeholder for reporting compliance risk and remain the point of contact for the business for compliance topics
• Monitor internal filing and day-to-day administrative tasks for the portfolio companies

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory matters 
• Proven knowledge of regulatory requirements and an ability to translate them into
• operational/process requirements.
• Solid experience liaising with regulators
• Fluent in English with working knowledge of French & German
