Who we are looking for?
To accelerate their business growth, we are looking for a Head of Business Development Spain to join their team to lead and scale our Sales operations in Spain.
The successful candidate is entrepreneurial, able to speak the same tech language that a developer, an excellent communicator, and negotiator.
The candidate must be a brilliant, motivated, flexible and dynamic person, team-oriented and result-oriented with excellent negotiation skills who is able to carry interpersonal relationships and to dialogue and with proven ability to work within an international team.
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. business, economics, engineering
? Mandatory: Solid experience selling IT Services or SaaS to HR Departments.
? Previous experience in the HR/IT industry
? 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager
? 2+ years people leadership experience; directly managing Sales Accounts
? Excellent ability to understand customer needs
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
? Fluent Spanish and English (Italian is a plus)
? Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
