From Badenoch+Clark we're looking for a Development Manager in the Healthcare area for a multinational company from Real Estate Sector.
Our client is one of the top listed companies at European Level.
As a Development Manager, you'll be in charge of the healthcare projects in the Real Estate area nationwide.
As main responsabilities, you'll have to:
- Identify, negotiate and follow up development opportunities.
- Set out a business plan for the healthcare area, strategy and forecast.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams, from pre-project to the actual handover and lease of the project.
- Mantain policy/administrative knowledge and positioning in relalation to different regions.
The ideal candidate should fulfill the below requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a comparable position, experience in Health Care environment is a plus
- Financial and/or Technical background (preferable commercial or civil engineer)
- Detailed knowledge of the languages Spanish + English is a must : oral and written, any additional language is an asset
- Office automation knowledge MS OFFICE: Word / Excel
- Assertiveness, Control of emotions, Planning and organization
- Respect of others (empathy and ability to listen), Respect of procedures
