Jessica Laos has more than 20 years of experience in senior leading positions, primarily in marketing and sales. Her main interest and focus has been on customer experience as a catalyst for competitiveness, growth, a long-term profitability. She has worked in listed companies such as Telia and larger companies such as Telenor, but also in a smaller start-up and as a co-founder and partner in a management consulting company who was experts in digital transformation. She has a degree in Business Management, digital- and content marketing and is certified as a digital transformation leader.
