Kristiansen has worked in the recruitment industry since 1997. Throughout her career, she has worked with management and specialist positions in private business and public administration - both in central and local government as well as agencies and directorates.
Kristiansen has since 2009, primarily worked in the public sector, and has gained good knowledge of state requirements for recruitment. She has through this experience gained proficient knowledge of regulations concerning public employment.
Kristiansen has solid experience in selecting candidates, conducting interviews and writing reports. Kristiansen is a certified user on several psychometric test tools
