Treasury Manager - Banking - Exclusive Mandate

Client Description:

Joining a treasury department of three, reporting directly to the deputy CEO, you will be responsible for balancing and managing the daily cash flow and funding to and from the variety of departments within the bank but also for handling the execution of treasury activities - including MM, FX, derivatives and Fixed Income operations.

Responsibilities:

• Daily liquidity supervision and management, including short-term liquidity management, and medium and long-term financing needs.
• Monitoring and execution of the limits set for treasury business, including LCR, FX position, limits from the branch or Head Office, etc.
• Supervision and communication of data, analysis and reports to the management and finance department
• Supervision of the NOSTRO account management. Contribution to the new product development process and update or draft treasury procedures and policies
• Participate actively in local and global projects

Candidate Profile:

• A university degree completed with a successful experience of a minimum of 7 years.
• Good understanding of treasury and financial instruments (forex, money market, dealing services, etc.), credit, cash, and operational risks as well as a good understanding of the related markets and operations.
• High-level understanding of the Luxembourg financial markets regulations (MiFID, EMIR)
• Good knowledge of data analysis Tools, such as VBA or ACESS or MATLAB, as well as financial trading and information platform (ex: EIKON, Bloomberg.)
